There are times that emails may go to your Spam or Junk Folder in your email, PLEASE check there BEFORE sending an email.

If you have any issues with any digital products that you have purchased, log into My Account on heyyyhr.com first.

If for some reason, there is still an issue after that, then reply to your payment confirmation email or send an email to timeka@heyyyhr.com.

Sending messages in DMs WILL DELAY a response … if it’s answered at all.

Emails or only answered Monday – Friday between 10 am and 6 pm EST and NOT on US holidays at all.

How do I access/download my purchase digital product?

You will receive two emails.  If you do not receive them, check your spam and/or junk folder.  The confirmation of your purchase has a link directly to your product.  You can access the download there. 

Another way to access them is to access your account at the bottom of the website by clicking on “My Account” and all of your purchased downloads are stored there.  You can retrieve them there. 

Most of the products are large files.  Make sure to access them on a laptop, computer or tablet.  It is possible that they will not be accessible on your mobile phone. 

If I don’t immediately download my product, where do I get it later?

Access your account at the bottom of the website by clicking on “My Account” and all of your purchased downloads are stored there.  You can retrieve them there.

I'm trying to reset my password, but I didn't get the email. What do I do next?

Check your spam or junk folder.  If it’s not there, then make sure you are using the same email that you made your purchase with.  The accounts to access your digital products are automatically created with the email that you use to make your payment. 

I can't remember my password! How do I get back to my downloads?

Hit “My Account” at the bottom of the website, then choose the option to reset your password.

If I make an appointment for a session, but am not able to attend, can I reschedule?

Yes, you can go to the confirmation email and reschedule your appointment.

How do I leave a review?

Log into your profile, then click on the product or service you purchased and click “leave a review”.
